- ½ cup instant coffee
- 2 tbsp. gelatin powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ½ cups water
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
1. Combine instant coffee, gelatin powder,sugar and water in sauce pan. Let boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until completely dissolved.
2. Transfer mixture into cups or small dessert bowls. Chill for 1-2 hours.
3. Top jelly with some whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce just before serving.
*Coffee jelly may also be cut into cubes and added to cold coffee drinks or ice cream.
